  (from amino acid chelate) 160mg, Magnesium from citrate) 40mg, Magnesium
  (from aspartate) 20mg,  Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) (from hydrochloride) 30mg,
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5mcg.

Dosage
